When you contact us or book an event, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, event date, and event details. We do not collect more than we need to respond to you and manage your booking.

How we use it

We use your information to answer inquiries, confirm and manage bookings, send booking confirmations and balance reminders, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — card details are handled directly by Stripe.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This uses cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out via your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run our site and bookings: Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), and Resend (email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We keep booking and contact information only as long as needed for our business and legal records, then delete it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
